I need help & quote for help fixing my blog

Hi,

I got back in admin after being hacked and my web host restored the blog but when I was messing around trying to get the hacker’s javascript & etc out of the usermeta in phpmyadmin (where I had no business messing around apparently) I accidentally deleted something I shouldn’t have and I cannot log into wp to get inside the dashboard to do anything at all, I just get a blank white page. ??

I’ve worked on this problem for over 2 days and I can’t seem to solve it no matter what I try. It’s VERY frustrating to feel this helpless.

I’m living on social security so cannot afford really expensive blog masters but I am willing to pay something to have an expert do this, I’m just exhausted from trying to figure it all out.
