admin sign in and therefore dashboard is lost

Woe is me. I must have stupidly deleted the admin sign in link on the blog https://www.godlovespatricia.com. Now I can’t do any changes. How can I access the dashboard now? I can probably figure out how to put the link back on the page at that point.
