[Theme: Scrappy] Changing the permalink in the title

I am trying to change the link in the header.
I have removed the page that it once linked to and made a home page so I am trying to get it to go there instead.

I’ve tried changing the permalink but it just takes me to the custom settings and I don’t want to change the structure of the permalinks, just want the link to go to the home page.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
