Site loads slow PLUS takes forever to update

  • my website is https://www.Naybesa.com and the issue I’m having is its loading speed. When you come on the site it loads slowly, and when I want to add a new plugin, take off an old one, or even add something to the sidebar it takes about 10 minutes or more for the update to work. I clear my Cache and that still doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?
