Help finding the right plugin(s) – user folders with ftp upload/download

Hi,

We have the need to provide specific files to specific users relating to projects. I need a little help finding the right plugin(s) to do the following:

1. have users log in to their page/folder
2. users (of subscriber level) can upload files (of any kind) of unlimited size (within reason, but above 10MB) and have them viewable in their page/folder.
3. users can download files that have been uploaded to their folder by themselves or an admin user
4. users (other than admin) can only view files in their folder
5. admins can upload/download files to/from any specific user’s folder – either via the front-end or admin panel.
6. all files will be hosted on our server, so a hosted service is not an option.
