How to change CSS rules on a single page?

Hi. I would need to change rules for tables on a single page. As you can see here, the table has only bottom border. That’s how I like it on the whole site, but on this specific page I would like standard borders, so it looks like table. I guess I have to create some specific class or what, but have no idea how and how to implement it, since my CSS knowledge is close to 0.
