I’ve tried several different settings, seemingly no matter what I do in IE9 and firefox I get a login form even when its not set to show up. Also if guest bookings = no, login form = no, and no-user booking mode = yes, both browsers state “you must login or register to make a booking”

Chrome seems to respond fine. Shows the login form if required, doesn’t if it’s not and allows bookings.

One caveat to this is that I have chrome-frame installed, although now that i think about it I have several other testers who don’t have chrome-frame installed and experience the same errors.

Welp any ideas or help would be appreciated.

  • I’m having the same problem. Guest bookings = no. Login form = no. No-user booking mode = yes and it’s still requesting a login/register from the user.

    Very frustrating.

check if you have a caching plugin that your page cache has been cleared. either that or maybe your browser could be caching the page (click reload)?

Caching plugin is disabled, and ctl-f5 refresh means I shouldn’t be getting cached page either on the server or locally. We purchased pro and I’ve submitted a question there.

willviles, your issue is probably that guest bookings is no. You need that enabled if you want no-user reg mode on. Otherwise guests can’t book
