    Hallo,

if I am doing anything wrong, sorry, first time poster here.

So I did a full backup with WPOnlineBackup 2.1.2, my site crashed, so I wanted to upload the Backup.
My Problem: I am only able to upload up to 10MB due to upload limitations from my host, and they won’t be able to change it.
But my backup file is about 30MB-I already sent an e-Mail to the support of Backup Technology.
It would be great if you could encrypt it for me (forgot to insert an encryption key-but due to that there shouldn’t be a key, right?)

Or is there any way that I could upload it via FTP to a special folder of the plugin or something like that? No limitation that way in file size.

I hope you get what I mean, kind regards,
    Stefan

    Hi Stef,

Just dropped you en email with instructions to download the file.

The file was not encrypted but seemed to have a chunk of it missing at the end like it wasn’t downloaded correctly, or the backup had errors or something.
You just may need to run a reinstall of WordPress (I believe you can do this from the Update page in the WordPress admin) after restoring everything if you do and it should replace the missing files (I think about 3-4.)

    Regards,

    Jason.

    Hi StefPuzzle,

We found out that a timeout probably corrupted your backup due to some bytes missing.
We fixed this in 2.2.0 so this won’t happen again!
So definitely update as your server seems to be one that timeouts now and again.

    Jason
