Adding image link to Categories.

When attempting to add an image link to the Categories I have already set up – It says “Item Updated” and nothing appears. When I go in to edit the category, nothing is posted.

I have attempted to add a new one to see if that was an issue, and nothing.

I even disabled all the plugins and nothing changed.

Anyone run into an issue like this at all? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
