subscribers dashboard options

Sure would like to see an upgrade with ability to have options for what’s showing or not showing on the subscribers dashboard when the login to our site BirdsWeSee.com. I installed the WP Hide Dashboard plugin but media still shows for subscribers. They could potentially steal all of my photos showing in media. We all know this is not a good thing!
I would like option to show/edit profile only. Thank you!
