Need to retreive clients log in

  • Is there still a FTP access? You can check WP config file for DB username and password, then login to phpMyAdmin (most hosters have it nowadays) and change admin password to whatever you like.

    ok thanks. i did instruct him earlier to contact host.

    i tried both of his emails at WP login to retrieve his pass but apparently whoever made the site actually registered it in their email.

    can someone remove the link? thank youu
