Favicon problem with Atahualpa theme

Hi, i added a favicon to my website as a test. Then i installed atahualpa theme, started making the real site and added the favicon i want. It appears on my website a seems to work fine, but in the WordPress dashboard there’s still the old favicon, and it also appears when i open pdf files on my site.

I tried looking for the old favicon and erease it, but nothing changed.
The favicon in atahualpa is added with the atahualpa theme options. There’s a favicon option where i put the name of the file i want and thats it.

I also tried loading the favincon i want on the main public html folder, as i did with the old favicon but nothing changed.
