Setting up a contact form page with a map

    I would like to set up a contact page on my site that includes static information about my address, phone no, email, a google map and directions and a contact form.

    I was looking at the Fast Secure Contact Form plug in but not sure how to include this other information on the page with the form that is created by that plug in. I haven’t actually tried yet as I didn’t want to mess up the page!

    I am new to all of this – any help/advice would be much appreciated.

    When using Fast Secure CF, just put in whatever content you want on the page and add in the shortcode for the form. You could have something like this:

    Please send us your suggestions, comments or questions. We would love to hear from you.

    If you would prefer to use regular mail, our mailing address is:

    Some Big Company, Inc.
    P.O. Box 162
    Farmbridge, KS 39222

    [si-contact-form form=’1′]

    Brilliant – thank you vtxyzzy. One thing…does that mean I can also include something like a Map Press Easy Google Maps map before the contact form area code?

    I think that will work. The contact form should be independent of anything else on the page.
