Table with user input

    Hi.

    I’m looking to make a table where a registered user can input data to show on a page.
    Example:

    Your name
    George Bush
    <here user can write his/her name>
    eg. George Washington

    [Submit button]

    after submition

    Your name
    George Bush
    George Washington
    <here user can write his/her name>

    [Submit button]

    I know the basics of html and php but I think this is out of my league

    Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
