"Read More" link is not showing up on main page (using Structure theme)

I am using the Structure theme on the website (https://www.losangelesleakers.com) and for some reason the “read more” link doesn’t show up on the main page when I use the <!–more–> tag in the post.

Can you please help? Thank you!
