How to make title of article posted appear under custom menu

    I’ve created a custom menu “Articles” on the side bar. However, when I add a new article under “Posts” and published it, the article title didn’t appear under the “Article” menu on the bar. How to I make the title of the article appear under the “Article” menu. I’m using HeatMap theme and my site is https://www.englishgrammartenses.com . Please help me. Thanks
