[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Unable to change sidebar text and links

Just installed the plug-in. the increase in load time is terrific, but one problem noticed so far. I have some text with a link to a website in
the sidebar. I changed it in my editor and saved but when I reload the page, the text, the changes doesn’t take effect. I am a novice, so don’t understand the code..any help appreciated…Please make it simple…;)
