    Have you tried the “resend my password” on the DMCA website? https://www.dmca.com/users/login.aspx. Yes, I know it’s the obvious question but I have to ask.

    If for some reason the signup from the plugin did not work, use the signup on the DMCA site and use those credentials. If the DMCA system believes you have an account — or are perhaps in some limbo world — I’ll ping their support to help you.

    I am very interested in investigating why or how the plugin may have failed during the signup process.

    Normally I’d delete it, but this is a legit issue of support where email is needed! ??

    Thank you for your help Carol,
    I signed up again on DMCA site (confirmation mail didn’t come again) and finally “resend my password” worked. But I’m getting an error after logged on plugin settings page now: “Sorry, we were unable to load your authenticated badges. Please check your account information and try again.”
    I did select the badge from plugin page before and it’s already showing up on post pages(Now, it’s not selectable).

    Anyway, I deleted the plugin and added a badge to the footer section. Status “Unavailable” for now but I’ll wait for caching from DMCA.
