[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Bug: wpcr page/post tick box option only works with first page id

bug or feature?

when enabling the plugin via the add/edit post/page setting block tick box, wpcr appears to become linked with the first page id it is placed upon via the afore mentioned method.

if i then try to remove it from the initial page and place it instead (or in addition to) on another page with a different page id, the tick box method will not work for those pages, even if removing the tick selection from the original page.

the shortcodes still work without issue on any page.

i ultimately solved this by switching page content around. However, on my test site I deleted the original page so it seems permanently “broken” there.

is there a solution i am missing for this?
