Redirect mobile devices to a different page

Hi all,

I am after a way to redirect any mobile browsers to a different page from my regular home page.

Simply put, I want all my desktop users to go to: https://s371218328.websitehome.co.uk/12treestudios/

and all my mobile users to be directed to: https://s371218328.websitehome.co.uk/12treestudios/mobile-version/

I presume this is pretty simple to do, but after searching the web, all I can see are plugins etc that enable a switching of themes for mobile devices, which is not what I want.
