Create seperate Blog Page within wordpress site

I had customized site from HTML to wordpress. Here is the original HTML site https://alturl.com/i7o6i and I converted to wordpress https://alturl.com/bbprn using twenty eleven as base, Now everything is done I am looking to create a seperate blog page with the wordpess site but the page does’nt seem to be correct, here how it is coming https://alturl.com/qtmiy .
