    have you checked your mail settings?

    Also, make sure you have a subject and no empty fields

    I have double checked both sites and the mail settings are identical with the exception of names. And that the beta-site is running Version 5.0.51

    Will try and make everything exactly the same to see if I can reproduce the error.

    If I upgrade to 5.1.1 on my beta-site. Can I downgrade again?

    Any other advice?

    yes, you can downgrade again but its very much helpful if you can reproduce the error and post it here.

    Note: just to make sure, backup everything first

    just realized you said on one site it was working, try making the admin a random email e.g. a gmail. Either that or change the email settings to use a gmail account.

    A common issue with servers is that you use a local SMTP server (e.g. via PHP Mail or WP_Mail) yet you host your email elsewhere (e.g. google apps). However, depending on yours settings, some servers will send the mail to an internal mailbox and never send it out if the domain is hosted on that server (e.g. sending to [email protected] from yoursite.com)

    Testlog;

    1. Checked that all settings are identical on both sites
    2. Tested both sites.
    Alfa site (5.1.1) does not send “New bookning” mail
    Beta site (5.0.51) does send “New bookning” mail
    3. Uppgrading Beta site to 5.1.1
    4. Testing Beta site
    Beta site (5.0.51) does not send “New bookning” mail

    Will now try to downgrade and repeat

    Testlog;

    1. Uninstalled and deleted EM 5.1.1
    2. Installed 5.0.51
    3. Testing Beta-site
    Beta site (5.0.51) does send “New bookning” mail

    My conclusions are that there is a bug in the 5.1.1 versions.
    Perhaps in the booking button?

    Problem solved when upgrading to 5.1.2

    //Thanks
