HELP, Do i have to buy a domain to use a custom theme

    I bought a theme from themeforest.com for $35 and when it came to installing it, there is no option to “install themes”. is this because i do not own the domain? once i own the domain will it be possible to install (by uploading) a theme?

    Theme can only installed in wordpress and you say you do not have domain name do have host account
