Sight Theme – Cannot access a link on my web page.

Here is my website: https://www.theexcellenceproject.net. Header middle section picture missing (I deleted the picture from my media file thinking it would delete that link as well). I want that removed. How/where do I go to access items on that “page” – is it even called a page? The section is “sign up now for our Extraordinary Leadership Conference”
