Failure to Connect To Web Server

  • One of the people who writes for my website is unable to log in. We’ve already done some of the more basic troubleshooting: updating the site, clearing her cache, restarting her browser, checking her settings, etc.

    She is still getting that error message “Failure to Connect To Web Server”

    As far as I know, she is the only one experiencing this issue. I’m not having any problems and nothing has changed with the site recently, so I have no idea what the problem could be. Can someone please give me some ideas for fixing this issue?
