So you installed WordPress and now you can’t access admin? Try resetting your password. Here’s a link to the codex:

    Hello George,
If have have forgot wordpress user password best way is to get the database online on subdomain recommanded

& change the web address from:
    phpmyadmin/wp-options & edit

    then

from wp-users change the email address where you can reset the password from https://subdomian/yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/

    Another way:
use mercury mail on localhost and follow the same process << not tried by myself

Another consideration is if you have changed database user password why don’t you uninstall and reinstall wamp or add new user from ‘phpmyadmin’ and edit configuration from wp-config.php
