[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Multipart Emails

My HTML email from Contact Form 7 keeps appearing in my spam folder.
I’m trying to add a plain text version to try and reduce the likelihood of this happening but can’t figure out how to add in the required multipart headers and then break down the content into the two separate parts.
Is this possible or will the plugin only send HTML or Plain Text?
