Remove subscribe to comments on pages

  • I would like to have comments enabled on posts but not pages. I thought I had set everything correctly to accomplish this but when I visit a page on my site and click on the feed icon in the browser address bar I see three options:

    Subscribe to <name of site> RSS Feed
    Subscribe to <name of site> Atom Feed
    Subscribe to <name of site> >> <name of page> Comments Feed

    If I have set things so that pages don’t allow comments why do people still see the third option above? How can I remove that?

    I am using the theme Atahualpa 3.4.9.
