Nice site, good layout. and it looks very ‘girly’ – no offense intended. I assume females are your primary target and, in my opinion, you hit it.

From a strictly personal bias, I prefer lighter colors. In my experience, dark colors make the site appear ‘heavy’. I would think you want a light, airy site and black does not convey that feeling.

Thanks yeah I did the dark because with 200,000 consultants all focusing on our prime target, I wanted to stand out and really gear the site to enjoying a girls night out with friends.

I don’t know what it is that this bothers me… but you might fix the background not to scroll with the content area and see if you like that better.

Yeah I like it scrolling with the page. Or the header will look funny
