• Hello,
I have a question about Events Manager.
I found this great plugin to post event information from front-end, but I also want to post information without date and time.

I have two categories, “events” and “Other.”
I’d like to put the category drop-down form before to set the date and time, and if you choose “events” you can set the date and time. But if you choose “Other”, you dont have to set the date and time and submit without the warning message.

Does anyone know how to do this?
    Thank you!

  • Adding events without setting a date is currently not possible.

    probably never will be either…

    oh.., ok

    I’ll find another way.
    Thanks anyway!

    suggestions:
don’t show your event times in your placeholders, so visitors will be none the wiser

if you want to hide times from users submitting events, you could do this effectively with some PHP, hide the date boxes, and assign a default date when events are saved (some coding experience needed).

    Hello!
Is it possible yet to have events without confirmed dates? Is it not possible to add “tbc” to the calendar somehow?
    Thanks!
