    Anyone?

J – You can add Posts to your main page using the WordPress Menu function. In your dashboard, choose Appearance -> Menu -> Minimatica supports one custom menu. If you have already setup the menu, you will be able to scroll down and choose the Category you want to appear in your Menu. Click Add to Menu and Save Menu.

    Cindy,

Thanks for your response. I’m not sure I follow, however. If you check https://www.otptravel.com , you will see that I have “Blog” as a menu item already. I just want that tab to host all my posts, rather than the Main page (which is currently a gallery view, which I would like to maintain). Any ideas?

Create a new category, such as ‘Blog’. Then in the Minimatica Theme settings set the Blog to display to the Blog Category to ‘Blog’. Then categorize each new post that you want to appear in your Blog, as ‘Blog’

Ok, so I created the new category Blog. I have the Home Page View set as Gallery and then every other option is set to Blog. I then created a new post entitle “Test” (https://otptravel.com/?p=170), categorized it under Blog and posted it. Unfortunately, though, it did not show up in the Blog section.

Yes, I see what you mean. I am not sure – since I followed those same steps and was able to create the desired effect. Hope you are able to find your answer.

One last thought – go back and check your Minimatica Settings and make sure you saved the settings after you set the Blog to display the category ‘Blog’…

I just figured it out. I accidentally added a page entitled Blog to the menu rather than a category called Blog. Everything is just as I wanted it, now. Thank you so much for your help!
