[Plugin: Invite Anyone] Cloudsponge enabled but not appearing

    Invite Anyone 1.0.9
    CloudSponge

    I have Invite Anyone activated and working (although caused some header problems and issues with media upload of feature image)

    I have ppurchase cloudsponge, it is showing enabled with the domain key, but cloudsponge address book does not display on the email invites.
