meta field cant update after migration

Yesterday i made a DEV site of a wordpress installation by coping all files and coping the DB (urls and path updated)

This website was a WP 3 install, now in the DEV we updated to the lastest one.

We have many custom types. One of them, Video, is the problem:
– Some of these Videos have their proper meta box fields values correctly, in some other they are blank and can NOT be updated, new data wont save, field stays blank.
– This problem seems to be dragged from certain ID and up but only for Video custom type.
– If i insert a new Video all meta is saved correctly

All other custom types work fine. The thing is they are set up the same way.

Has anyone ever encounter this problem? Any ideas are welcome.

If you must know the meta values are links to youtube and images from the media library. These media library links i expected them to be blank since i updated the path, but i never expected not being able to save new data in them.
