[Plugin: Portfolio Grid] image upload and smooth category change

Hello David,
I use your plugin (3.3.1 – twenty eleven) and it works!
I have a few questions.On your site the category-switch (filter) is very smooth. In my site, the container turns white after selecting a category, than portfolio-items show up, not always the right images at first, but within a second the right images show up. In your website you see the images slide to there position. Do you know what the problem is?
When I want to add a new portfolio-item it is not possible to upload images above the Completion date. When I try it, I can pick an image of my computer, but when I want to upload, the image manager pop-up turns white and nothing happens. I can however do it at the right side and in the content/text-editor. But I would like to do it in Upload Image.
What is the Set Image Slider Sizes for.
Is it like the slider on your website on the home page?
How can I insert the slider?How can I insert the image slider on a portfolio-page, like you have when a portfolio-item has more images?
I hope you can help me with these things.
