Change height of Custom Header image

Does anyone know if you can change the height of the Custom Header image in the Fresh and Clean theme? It is set to 920×116 and I am in the css and don’t see where you can change the height of that image. I did find this:

#branding {
min-height: 60px;
position: relative;
}

and if I add a set height of 200 (instead of min-height) it does expand the header image area to 200 but just tiles the 920×116 image. It doesn’t allow you to upload an image bigger than 116.
