• I made a copy of my WordPress site to another location.

I didn’t move my website, just a backup. After that i couldn’t see stats on the default location.

I got the error “unknown_token: It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.”

The subscribers widget had the following error: “Jetpack: [auth_failed] Authorization header was malformed.”

When i tried that and reconnected, all my stats and subscribers were lost!

I need to get them back or have a backup of them.

This problem seems to be common, and other users had their stats and subscribers back. I need them too, please help!

Anybody there? The problem remains. It seems that all my subscribers have been lost, the stats too.

The jetpack support doesn’t answer my questions. Is there any other way to contact them and ask them for help?

Could you send us a support request via our contact form with the URLs of the live site and the test site that are at issue (a link to this forum thread wouldn’t hurt either)? We’ll do our best to sort this out for you, though there may be gaps in the data we can retrieve.
