Connect WordPress to Custom Domain Name Host

    I have a website that I built using WordPress and I also have a custom domain name and recently started using Site5 to host my website. The problem is: I am having trouble figuring out how to transfer/connect my WordPress site to my Site5 host? Can anyone please help?
