[Plugin: Milat jQuery Automatic Popup] Settings Screen Blank When Activated

Just activated this plugin on 3.3.1 but the settings screen is blank. Too bad too… looks like a great plugin. I am going here: /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=milat-jquery-automatic-popup
Is there an easy fix to this? Would love to use this plugin over some of the others.
