sent wrong p word

Im not sure which version but its thru Hostagtor and Fantastico.
I installed w Press and recieved the email to confirm which also has U Name and P Word. The Pword is not correct and when I signed in I was refused entry. So I filled in my email address for it to send me my p word and it was rejected saying it doesnt know my email address. Yet I used it 5 mins earlier and I had confirmation come thru on that same email address but with the wrong P Word. Please can qny one tell me whats going on? Thanks
