[Plugin: WordPress MU Sitewide Tags Pages] Display 3 posts from each child site?

I am displaying all the recent posts from accross the network in the home page of the main site using SWT plugin. But apart from displaying all the recent posts, I want to include only 3 posts from each multisite.

So if site A has 15 posts, site B has 7 posts & site C has 12 posts, I would like to display the posts in the home page as follows:

Recent posts from site A:

1. post 1
2. post 2
3. post 3

Recent posts from site B:

1. post 1
2. post 2
3. post 3

Recent posts from site C:

1. post 1
2. post 2
3. post 3

I have been trying this for quite some time now but unable to do so. Is there a work around available?
