[Plugin: Job Manager] Allow only users to apply?

I have a situation where we want to be able to let only members of the site apply to the jobs listing. Is there a way to only allow logged-in users to apply for jobs. I assume this would also pre-fill some of their info for them.
Also, how does this work on Multisite?
