[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Yoast SEO XML sitemap not showing

I cannot find our xml sitemap…the link from within the plugin takes me to, https://www.chahomenow.com/sitemap_index.xml, I’ve also checked non www version and nothing but blank page. I have also checked, /page-sitemap.xml and nothing either.

Thoughts on why the xml sitemap is not showing for our site and how I can get it to show or where to find it? Using 1.1.2
