Exploit Blackhole Exploit kit (type 2129)

I can’t reach the dashbord of many of my sites anymore.
An example is [link moderated – looks hacked]

It gives a blanc screen with an error message, I contacted my hosting provider but no answer yet.

Is there anything I can do??

I am not a programmer or anything so I can’t do nothing that is a lot more difficult than updating plugins ??
