web based applications?

  • I’m creating a website using WordPress and want some functionality similar to WebMD, for example. Instead of hyperlinks, I want the operation to run within the same window. From what I understand this is a JavaScript web based application. Does anyone know how to do this using WordPress? Does a certain theme provide this functionality? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
