    I had an issue with Total Cache and Fancy Box and here is Frederick from Total Cache’s reply.

    total cache enabled has appended ?46692e after every .jpg filename

    This is added so that when you change your browser cache settings they will actually take affect for your visitors. It appears that you will have to disable the option on the browser cache settings tab. Ask the fancybox developer not to parse query strings as it’s a normal practice in website optimization.

  • Well, without wanting to start a discussion about query variables being said to actually prevent caching in some cases (when using proxyservers), I suggest you do either of these two:
    A. update to the latest development version of Easy FancyBox (download from https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/easy-fancybox/download/ and then upload via FTP) or
    B. switch off autodetection (remove all extensions from the Auto-detect field) and manually give each of your image links the class attribute “fancybox”

    Both methods should work but it depends on your website which is easier… If you choose A (the dev version) please be prepared to re-install the current stable release (in case of breakage) and let me know the results as I appreciate all feedback ??
