Nivo-Slider problem

I put the Nivo Slider on the theme, so far so good, though he’re not generating the image size i desire

https://pastebin.com/TuJmHPGNI tried AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild and Regenerate Thumbnails and still got the wrong size 500×280 :/
