what do I put for connection information when installing a plugin

Hi, I did some research before asking this question. But, I still was not able to find the answer.

This is what it says:

To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.

what do I put for host name?

I assume that I use that I use the same login information that I use for my cpanel account.
