[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Select from multiple choice option

  • I am really having a problem trying to get the select from multiple choice option to work on the form at https://lifeagain.com.au/contact/.

    I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’ve read the instructions many times and tried different things and still have an error.

    I’ve named the field label: How did you find this site?

    And I’ve entered this into the Default Text field:
    How did you find this site?,Advertisement;Facebook;Friend;Just Surfed In;Newspaper;Search Engine;Twitter;Word of Mouth;Other

    based on the instructions given for this form. What have I done wrong plesae?

  • Here is the list add the following code in your extra field.

    Advertisement,Facebook;Friend;Just Surfed In;Newspaper;Search Engine;Twitter;Word of Mouth;Other

    use this code and you find the select option in your contact form.

    I’m still getting an error code. I posted what you suggested but it’s still not working. I wish I knew why. Even when I post the example they have in the instructions I get an error message so there must be something else that’s wrong – but how do I find out?
