[Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] is it possible to call a form from footer.php ??

Hi I have installed the easy-contact-form but i want to add form into the footer.php template, so I was thinking something like this to call the form

<?php get_easy_contact_forms('fid=4'); ?>

.

I know on the wordpress text editor I call the form just by adding

[easy_contact_forms fid=4]

.
So i was wondering if its possible to add into the footer template in some way like that.
or in some sort of include
