Page ID Alteration

Hey guys,

I have a question. Instead of having my perma links listed as /%postname%/ is it possible to do something like… /% subtitle%/ ? I would like all of my links to be named using the same name as my subtitle. Or something similar.

The effect I am trying to achieve is have my URL be a sentence (yes, a bit geeky). So if someone goes to my resume for example the url could be: https://www.ebd.is/experienced

Is there any way to accomplish this?
